Gayathri is an experienced and well rounded investor with operational and strategic experience both at startups and large companies. In this age of AI, she believes in the power of human resilience and imagination to chart a new future.
Gayathri (G) Radhakrishnan has over two decades of multi-disciplinary experience across product management, product marketing, corporate strategy, M&A, and venture investments at both Fortune 500 companies (Corning, Dell, Micron) and early-stage startups in the technology sector. Currently, a Partner at Hitachi Ventures, she focuses on technology startups driving digital transformation. Previously, she was with Micron Ventures, actively investing in startups applying AI in the areas of Manufacturing, Healthcare, Mobility, and also data center and storage related technologies. She also worked as an early-stage investor at Earlybird Venture Capital, a premier European venture capital fund based in Germany. Gayathri holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from INSEAD in France. She is also a Kauffman Fellow.
Personal Note
A classically trained dancer, G understands that both startup innovation and Bharatanatyam share a foundation of discipline, creativity, and vision. A key for both a dancer and a VC is to understand that they are not the protaganist but the narrator gently guiding the narrative.
