LiLing brings more than 17 years of comprehensive legal experience to Hitachi Ventures, serving as Head of Operations. She partners closely with Hitachi Ventures partners, investment professionals, co-investors, and portfolio companies to navigate legal and operational affairs across Hitachi Ventures’ global fund operations. Drawing on her expertise in deal structuring and strategic advisory work, LiLing advises Hitachi Ventures on portfolio company matters and fund structuring and administration. LiLing’s collaborative approach extends to managing regulatory compliance across multiple geographies.

Prior to joining Hitachi Ventures, LiLing was a partner at a leading international law firm, where she developed the foundational expertise that aligns with Hitachi Ventures’ global investment activities.
