Radhika brings deep early stage investing expertise across health-tech, consumer-tech, vertical SaaS and AI. She was previously an investor in Accel India and has served on the boards of high growth and high impact startups across consumer, AI and health sectors. Her overall experience spans healthcare consulting and research roles at BCG and at leading universities, giving her a cross-disciplinary perspective on helping build transformative, future-forward businesses along with a strong network built over the years.
Currently, in her role as Head of India and a Director of Investments, Radhika leads the India venture strategy and will partner with exceptional founders across sectors, particularly in vertical AI applications, advanced IP led manufacturing, deeptech including aerospace, defence, biotech, energy transition and sustainability, B2B healthtech & B2B SaaS.
Radhika holds a Masters Degree in Bioinformatics and Biotechnology from Kansas State University.
